Return Period • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Criteria • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

Return Shipping • Free returns for most items. Large outsized items such as Bikes and Climbing Frames will be quoted at the time.
Refunds • Processed within 48hrs of receipt of the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.
